What Are EBay Discounts

2011-07-14 15:48:22

Well it's really simple. EBay discounts are codes that are provided to you so that you can save some money on your eBay purchases. That's the short version on what eBay discounts are. I will attempt to make things a bit more clear in this article.
A little over a year ago I found some codes while doing some research for my affiliate marketing. They were being called eBay redemption codes and they promised eBay discounts. Of course I was sceptical with all the scams going on out there. However I decided to give the code a try since I am an avid eBay buyer and was surprised to get 15 dollars knocked off my purchase. Well needless to say I was hooked. So I thought every time I wanted to make an eBay purchase I would just grab a code and get a discount. Well it turned out to not be all that easy.
The next time I went looking for some eBay discounts they just weren't anywhere to be found.

I have been selling on eBay for almost 10 years now and thought I knew everything about it. I felt I had been pretty successful and have even taught more people than I can count on how to sell on eBay. I never used the eBay community locations until recently.Well I did some research and quickly figured out the catch. The codes were definitely out there but the suppliers were making them very difficult to find. Well that kind of irked me because as an affiliate marketer I was having trouble finding the codes then how would the average person who didn't have the time or tools find these codes.
That day I made a decision to help those people. I put my search engine and keyword tools to use and went in search of eBay discounts. Then I built a small site and listed the codes that I found. Well I have been doing that for almost a year now. I update the site monthly or when I get new codes. I get lots of great emails telling me about the money people are saving.
So, it's pretty easy to use the eBay discounts. All you do is go over to my site and get the codes.
Then you head over to eBay and make your purchase. Upon checkout you will be asked if you have any codes. Then you enter the code and your savings will be applied at the checkout. The one thing I don't have control over is when the codes go inactive. The supplier has a limit and once that's reached the codes are actually useless. However don't let that deter you. Last year the codes I put up on my site saved people thousands of dollars so many of the codes were working. The trick is to not wait. You need to use the eBay discount as soon as you get it.
